My wife and I bought a new 2013 Lincoln MKZ from Honolulu Ford Lincoln. Angel Mendias was our salesman. I have purchased several new cars throughout my years and have never had a better experience than this. Buying a new car is not my favorite thing to do .... cars cost as much as my house did. Angel made this an enjoyable situation. No pressure .... and I felt like I got the car I wanted at a price fair for both of us. Angel spent several hours with us before and after the sale. Never have I had a person sit down with me and explain all the functions of a new car. Usually it is just "thank you" and on you go. Angel spent about 2 hours just explaining what we had purchased. Angel was fantastic in all aspects of the purchase of this car. a few weeks later we had our Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary we asked Angel to come and give us another class on our MKZ before our big day, Angel not only came to teach us but he spent another 2 1/2 hours at our home in Waianae teaching us all the voice commands and how to auto park our MKZ he made a 33 mile trip each way, we love our car and we love Angel and Honolulu Lincoln too. We were given a price for the car and a rate for finance - basically lies. I traveled to the showroom, and they sold us the car at a higher price - several hundred dollars over the recommended price. Salespeople lied to get you in the showroom and then the manager, Steve, rips you off. Not a good experience, would NEVER return here for a future purchase. I'm not impressed. Check out the car you want to purchase thoroughly before buying. Check Kelley Blue Book. Probably go to another dealership as this one has terrible online reviews, YES - read these first! (my mistake). More

I came in to have my truck serviced for oil change and the service advisor was very knowledgeable and presented me a few options. He told me how long it would take and when it would be ready . I tried to pick up my car during the after hours service but it couldn't be found. When, after about 30 minutes they finally found it, the paperwork was not there, even though I had fully paid in advance f but it couldn't be found. When, after about 30 minutes they finally found it, the paperwork was not there, even though I had fully paid in advance for an amount I was never made aware of. After numerous phone calls and voice-mail exchanges they mailed me the paperwork that I received six days later and showed a price that mildly surprised me. On examination the paperwork contained several errors for which I needed to return twice to have corrected. All-in-all a waste of my time. More

Luis went out of his way and worked hard to help us out. He is very honest. More
