The worst experience I’ve ever had, everyone was a nightmare, both rude and un accommodating. I bought a vehicle and within a few days the check-engine light came on. The service manager only wanted to argue, my salesman completely checked out, never said sorry, how can we fix this? And the ladies in service were just terrible, rude doesn’t even come close to describing them. Windward Ford is great!!! Honolulu Ford is the most mismanaged group of unhappy and un-accommodating and incapable group of people. What a headache!!! Avoid them at all costs!!! Go anywhere but here More
Doesn't hold to and honor ordered pricing. Tried to markup the vehicle with a $5995 market adjustment and some other bs $2000. General Sales Manager Mark Sherlock and General Manager Angela Wong has not returned calls. Parent company Lithia Motors doesn't respond to back to emails. So in the end the truck was sold from under me. So BUYERS BEWARE OF HONOLULU FORD/LITHIA MOTORS!!! Best advice I can offer anyone at this time it to get the final total price in writting and have an agreement copy which is signed by both you, a manager and if possible a witness that you brought with you!!! More

The first disappointment was bringing my almost new truck to the service department for a qu This is not the first disappointment from Honolulu Ford. The first disappointment was bringing my almost new truck to the service department for a quick fix and them keeping it for 2 months not knowing how to fix it. The second time I go to change tires and spend all day getting Uber‘s to and from only to find out they never had the tires and didn’t do anything. I cross my t’s and dot my I’s and talk to several people there who insured me they had the tires, they could get my work done within the day, and I’d be able to drive my truck home, I uprooted my day and they’ve done nothing! They’re not willing to own up to their mistakes and terrible customer service. Everybody who works there knows nothing about cars, maintenance or anything in between. The service department couldn’t even help me with the right tire size, and they made me do all their legwork having to talk to the service department and order the tires. Service advisor Fey is downright terrible. When I picked up my truck with a door ding and a chip in a side window, she pointed to an agreement that said “not responsible for damages” even though I had pictures and an absolute pristine truck. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by my sevice adviser Fey with a smile and a sense that I was valued as a customer. Although I was just there for a regular service appointment she made sure I understood all that would be done that day to my vehicle, when I went to pick up my vehicle upon completion Fey introduced me to Jon Le the service manager who I have met in the past, he remembered me from my past visits and asked how everything was and asked if I needed anything, I told him I was good and thanked him for the way he and his staff always treat me when I come in. He then gave me his card and his number and told me should I ever need anything or be unsatisfied with my service to call him directly. I know that most service departments get a bad rap but These two individuals (Fey/Jon) are truly a testament to the way that you train your employees. I am so glad that I chose Honolulu ford to purchase and service my very first Brand new car purchase in 55 my years and I will be a customer for life. More
Service advisor (Fey Nelson and technician Dean) are very professional and courteous on all aspects of my service visit for 2019 Ranger. They always roll out the red carpet and treat me like royalty.
