What can I say, Chip Lowman is the best. I was looking to replace my 23 year old Mustang with a new 2014 Mustang GT. During our latest buy of Ford Econoline 350 this month to Mr. Ben Cabalo, he even come at work during Sunday January 19, 2014 at my request because that's my free time to come in picking up the cargo van. All it took was a phone call from Maui, chose a vehicle, flew up for a test drive, closed the deal! Flew back to Maui, my new vehicle was shipped out on YB. Came in for a simple battery cable replacement. Car took two weeks and service manager was extremely rude. Would never recommend working with their department. Extremely poor customer service. Tracy did intervene and was very good but it took two weeks before it got to her desk. My wife has a Toyota and their service department is excellent. I always say, no matter what car you buy, you can expect to have problems but it is how you handle the problems that are key. The worst part about it is that nobody at Ford (with the exception of Tracy) even cared that I had a poor experience. All the way up to the corporate office. More
