I was nervous stepping into the dealership not knowing how it would go. I immediately was put at ease by Mark Benson. He was very nice and introduced me to Ben Cabalo. Ben was very patient with me when we went out to look at the different vehicles, going back and forth several times to get a different set of keys so that we could check out and test drive all the cars I wanted to. He never made me feel like there was any pressure and kept asking me what I liked about each car and elaborated on those features instead of telling me all the facts about the car that I didn't care to know. Overall I had a very enjoyable experience at Honolulu Ford with all the people that I worked with and I have already told everyone I know about it, it doesn't hurt that they see what a beautiful Ford Focus I get to drive now either. I love my new Focus. Thank you so much Mark and Ben!!! More

Previous dealerships I been to were all horrible experiences but not here! He really helped me out, big time. Even if i wasn't sure if I wanted to get my new truck or not. He helped me decided with never pressuring me at all. I'm a really stubborn person too and to help me decided on a big purchase this is no easy task but Chip sure did do it and he did a an outstanding job too. I will direct all my friends and family towards this dealership if they are looking to buy or lease a new car or even do a trade in like me. Chip Lowman was suggested by a mustang club member of mine and he did not disappoint! Now on to Jason Stewart the finance manger a part of a dealership transaction that usually scares people away did not at all. Really cool guy helped me with all my questions I asked. Made the process less stressful overall I went in thinking its going to be a bad time but he did a great job. As for the Allstate agent who helped me get my insurance done for my new purchase afterwards, Genette Tudor was real nice and helpful and made this process go by really quick. Hats off to you. ALSO, I got free pizza and a burger to boot lol Overall this dealership is great! Not one moment i felt pressured or looked down upon. Amazing team you guys got here. And I think I went out with a pretty good deal, wish it was better(dont we all haha) but hey can't complain I got what I wanted without giving up an arm and a leg for it too. More

Wasn't buying the "i don't know where the keys are, how bout this one" but after we got past that, Shawn answered my questions and Guy gave me a number I could not refuse. I am thankful that the Salesman Angel walked away from me when I opted not to fill out a credit report. I Don't think this experience would have gone as well had Angel been there. He have me the feeling that I wasn't worth his time. Luckily, the opportunity to work with Shawn Aiona and Guy Mello was presented. Albeit, the reason for going down to Honolulu ford was to look into an offer I received on an email of a sale of a 2014 f150 xl in exchange for my 2007 f150 XLT. The email quoted me a priced based on a 2007 f150 lariat, which I did not have, so long story short, the offer was all for not. But with Shawn and Guy's help, and their ability to give me an offer I could not refuse, I walked out with the brand new 2013 f150 XLT. I am happy with what I have, and I was satisfied with Shawn's professionalism and Guy's ability to give a price I was willing to pay. Overall, good experience and I appreciate the effort and attention afforded me by Shawn Aiona and Guy Mello. More

The total experience was very positive, from the moment we walked up to the dealership door and were greeted by Manny. He put us into contact with Donna, and from there there entire experience functioned s we walked up to the dealership door and were greeted by Manny. He put us into contact with Donna, and from there there entire experience functioned smoothly. We met the President, Mark, and he struck as someone who was sincere and helpful. The day we returned to 'close' a deal, again things functioned smoothly, and effectively. Before long, we had come to agreement on a deal, and the paperwork was handled with a minimum of fuse and bother. The only small glitches occurred when the car was being prepared--the dealership got 'swamped' and it was some 2 hours we waited for the car. At the last moment, Mark came along, and within the two minutes that he promised, the car was brought around. All-in-all, a most satisfying experience, the best we've experienced in Hawaii--buying and/leasing 5 cars, this being the 5th time--and certainly amongst the very best in nearly 50 years of driving. The experience of choosing and purchasing a new car can be overwhelming. We attended the Honolulu Auto Show on Friday afternoon and talked with Jeff Salazar, getting good information regarding the 2014 Fo be overwhelming. We attended the Honolulu Auto Show on Friday afternoon and talked with Jeff Salazar, getting good information regarding the 2014 Ford designs. Because the Fusion model had "grown up" into a rather large car this year, we considered the Focus sedan instead. This was supposed to be an easy choice since the one we had was a Fusion - making it a lateral purchase. On Saturday, we spent the afternoon with Jeff at the showroom/lot trying out the Focus hatchback and then the new design of the Escape. Jeff helped us understand the options, especially what was listed on the "invoice" in the window. We then spent some time on the computer looking up what was available by model (both Focus and Escape) and color. Some cars were in storage, not on the lot. Time to go home and think about cars, setting up a meet at 10 a.m. on Monday. Jeff had moved an Escape from storage for us to see. We talked numbers, without heavy pressure or haggling. Everything was kept on a friendly basis, even answers to some of my direct questions. In the process we met the President of Honolulu Ford (very nice of him to meet and greet customers - surely not done in many dealerships?), the Sales Manager Lisa, the Finance Manager Jason (patiently taking us through all the paperwork) and Jim with insurance, who contacted our current insurance company to make sure we had coverage before leaving the lot. Each person was very friendly and helpful in getting through their part of purchasing a car. Jeff gave me a session on the tech side of the new car, so I would know how to get home in it, and offered his help when I need another "class." It is power-packed with new options that can be confusing. I'll be returning this week, at Jeff's request, to have a spot on the front fender "buffed." It all needed to be perfect - or made perfect! Buying a car is step one, but maintaining it is for the life of the car. Honolulu Ford has the best service department, which is why this is the fifth car we have purchased from that dealership! Henry is our go-to service guy. More
