Very sorry to hear of your on-line experience with your pre-owned 2006 BMW vehicle inquiry here at Honolulu Ford. In Rachael's defense, she has been out this week with the flu and a sick toddler as well. Her illness does not excuse the rest of us for not following up with you in a timely fashion. As to the 2006 BMW, it did not pass our vehicle inspection and repair criteria and was not suitable for retail sale to our customers due to serious mechanical defects that were discovered in our pre-owned vehicle inspection which Rachael advised you. Our policy is to list all of our pre-owned cars on line as soon as they are traded in. While the vehicle was listed, it was later determined that it did not meet our standards and removed from the website. I feel certain that had you known all the facts it would have given you a different perspective about your on-line experience and perhaps mitigated some of your frustration. Please accept our apologies and assure you that we only wish to provide the highest level of customer confidence and satisfaction. Thank you for candid response. We appreciate it.
