That memorable transaction in October 1, 2013 molded a never-ending trust and friendship with Ben. So, lately, when my wife needed a compact car, Ben was in our mind automatic. We are very happy that Ben helped us get a new Fiesta SE. As usual, through his hospitable and warm attitude, Ben explained to us the features of Fiesta, its price, and other benefits. My sales person, Ariana was very professional and helped move us through the entire closing I just closed a deal online for a new 2014 C-Max Energi. My sales person, Ariana was very professional and helped move us through the entire closing process as well as delivery. I was impressed with our ability to work the sales process online rather than having to go into the dealership. We were able to negotiate and come to a price that I was happy with, without having to set around at the showroom. It was a much better deal than I was offered at the other dealerships in the area. The customer service at this dealership was the best I have seen at any business on the island (car or otherwise). The detail department was obviously very passionate about their work in prepping the car for delivery. If the sales experience was any indication, I look forward to dealing with the service department in the future. More

Jason went over each document with me and explained everything. Celes went over vehicle and how to operate and took me on test drive. Very patient and explanation clear and understandable. Went over to insurance where Genette was clear and also went through each plan with me. I cannot thank all of them enough for the fantastic customer service. I would certainly refer friends and family to Celes and Jason. I cannot say enough about how fantastic the service that I received was. Keep up the good work Celes, Jason, Genette and Nashua who also had a hand in making my experience a memorable one. Did not feel pressured or pushed into buying. Experience was fantastic!!!!! More

Needless to say, I was very frustrated and weary of going through the exact same thing all over again. I called the dealership while in another state and asked to speak with the 'internet department', to which I was told they had already gone for the day, but that a very helpful salesperson named, "David", would be more than happy to answer any of my questions. David got on the phone and I immediately told him that I just had a horrible experience with another dealership, and I just could not stomach going through it again. I told him I was out of town and would like to negotiate over the phone. He said no problem and off we went. He was very professional, and pleasant to deal with and within a short time we had agreed upon a price, I put a deposit to hold the vehicle until I arrived in the state, and I just picked up my vehicle a few days ago. It was delivered as promised and David was very helpful. In fact, there was an issue with the pricing and paperwork, and he immediately went to bat for us to ensure it was corrected timely and accurately. My family and I are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend our salesperson, David. He did a wonderful job, and he has earned a customer for our next purchase! More

Either we are treated with respect or treated with disdain. Luckily, it was the former for my experience at Honolulu Ford with Andrew. I immediately knew he was an outstanding salesperson and had a knowledge of vehicles and customer service that clearly surpassed a plethora of his colleagues. In other words, he treated me with respect. He did not try to scam me into buying a car, he did not try to earn a quick buck off of the young military guy, he genuinely wanted to help me get into a new car. I know that a car dealership is a business and that they have to make revenue, they can't just give away cars for free. That would be insane and impractical, horrible for business. But Andrew, with this in mind, still tried to get me a new car and still make money for his dealership as well. He is the epitome of what a car salesman should be and I see a great future for him. Many car salesmen can learn a thing or two from him from his customer service, to his task knowledge of cars and the car buying process. I highly recommend anyone to go to Honolulu Ford and purchase a car, and if they can, request Andrew. I'm sure the other salesmen are fantastic, I mean he couldn't have learned how to be an outstanding car salesman himself, but I believe Andrew is one of the best, if not the best, he is well on his way to the top.
