Horrible Warranty work My 2013 Mustang GT (16K Miles) has been in the shop four time, the latest is to replace battery cables. It took over a month for the new cables to co My 2013 Mustang GT (16K Miles) has been in the shop four time, the latest is to replace battery cables. It took over a month for the new cables to come in. I dropped the car off on Tuesday for the work, I asked how long it would take, I was told a half a day. At 2:30 I called and was told one more hour, When I went to pickup the car they said one more hour, after an hour, they said it was going to take another day, really, to replace battery cables? I had the same process on my Jaguar and it took 4 hours. Their service department seems to have no concern for the customer, They never call back, the service advisors have no idea how long anything takes, I have never been able to talk to the service manager, when I call him. This is not a one time issue, I had the same problem with my AC on the car and again with a hesitation issue they never could fix. They are supposed to have it done today, but I have no confidence in that, I will add further comment after I get my car back More

Best Car Salesman. will treat you right This was the first time I used the Ford website to get price quote. Shawn Aiona emailed a quote to me. I went down to the dealership on monday. They were very busy and Shawn was busy processing some other customers. So another salesman helped me. Things didn't go well after that. We couldn't make a deal happen and I could see that the I wasn't going to get a good deal. And the price didn't seem right. Any chance of me buying that mustang went flat. I emailed Shawn the next day about the pricing and if the quote was for real. Shawn stood by the quote and apologized for my bad experience. He was willing to get me a good and fair deal. So I went back that night and Shawn came through with a good and fair deal for me. So I bought the car. I so impressed with this guy that I told my coworkers, and my friends on Facebook to check him out and give him a chance to show them what he can do for them. This guy is all right. GO Check him out First before you waste your time at the other dealerships. More

Austin is the BEST!!! My boyfriend and I first went to Cutter to look at cars, which ended up being a nightmare because of the pushy tactics of the salesman we dealt with, My boyfriend and I first went to Cutter to look at cars, which ended up being a nightmare because of the pushy tactics of the salesman we dealt with, so next on the list was Honolulu Ford. Austin greeted us and immediately we got a great vibe from him. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and just a good and honest guy. From beginning to end he led us through the process outlining everything for us and helping us with the pros and cons of other cars on our list. We were sold after we took the 2014 Ford Focus for a spin. Never did I get the feeling that I was even dealing with the typical "car salesman", it was like he was a friend we had known for years. I would recommend Austin VERY HIGHLY and next time we buy or lease a car it will be from him. More
