This has been my experience with My Boss 302 Mustang (thanks Brian Hashimato) and my Ford Explorer thank you (Rhett And Valerie). We all hope for a smooth purchasing experience and sometimes that's the case and other times it's not. When it's not as smooth as the customer desires or as smooth as it could've been Honolulu Ford goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that whatever wrong may have occur is ultimately made right. That speaks volumes to the leadership from the top of the chain to the bottom. The Army uses an acronym LDRSHIP. That acronym is the Army core values. Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage. I'd venture to say Honolulu Ford embodies those values and then some. More

Big Mahalo Ben Cabalo! Like always, the purchase was quick, convenient and to the point. Our family has been purchasing vehicles for both personal and business from Ben Cabalo since the 1970's. Emailed Ben and told him I need another F250 for the business. He responded in just a few hours with the truck's info and price. I immediately had Ben reserve the truck for me. The following week, I emailed him that I'd be coming in to look at it, he pulled it from storage and had it waiting for me on the lot the very next day. I came in, Ben showed me the truck and we talked about the truck for about 30 seconds only, and that's all i needed to know as I was more interested in knowing how his cruise vacation went. Went upstairs to do the paperwork only to find out he already did most of it for me by pulling my past records. Just needed to sign. Awesome! We were out and headed home before traffic started! Love this guy! He understands my needs and the sense of urgency so we can get back to running our business. Its no wonder my father only bought from Ben and I plan on keeping up that tradition. Already gave him my plans to order either a 2016 F150 Lariat/Platinum with 6" lift, or order a 2017 Platinum F250 Superduty with 6" lift. I believe this purchase is well over the 100+ purchases our family (and extended family) has made with Ben over the years. I hope he doesn't retire anytime soon as I have many more Fords to purchase! Local girl with a upbeat attitude.. we let her know we wouldn't be buying that day and it didn't bother her one bit...she treated us like we've known each other for a long time...it didn't seem like she was there just to make a sale...
