My husband and I both bought cars (F150 Tremor and Explorer ST) from Eric at Honolulu Ford and our experience with him from the start was exceptional! So much so, that we had only intended to order a car for me but my husband ended up purchasing and driving the tremor off the lot the same day! Eric is so nice, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. What really made me happy to work with him is that he took the time to go through everything with us during the entire process start to finish and because we had to order my Explorer ST was very responsive along the way until it arrived. We didn’t feel rushed out the door even after the sale was final, he made sure we were set with all we needed. This was personally, my first brand new car purchase and he honestly made the entire process very enjoyable. I ordered a Maverick Lariat Hybrid from Honolulu Ford in August 2021. It finally arrived in June 2022. The MSRP was $33000. Well this greedy xxxxxxx dealer decided they needed to make some more money and to August 2021. It finally arrived in June 2022. The MSRP was $33000. Well this greedy xxxxxxx dealer decided they needed to make some more money and told me the price was $52000 !!! They even wanted me to pay $5000 for an extended warranty ! I refused and countered with $36000. They ignored me and sold my car to someone else !!! The order was placed by me and confirmed by Ford. I got a Confirmation with VIN and price from Ford. This dealer cannot order cars, they have to be ordered by the buyer. So they technically stole my car ! More
