My vehicle servicing did not take long at all and Jason called me personally to let me know when my vehicle was done and explained what was done. Honolulu Ford- Poor Prior Mgmt I am so glad that the Gen Manager-Mark Benson has been removed. Unfortunately you still have your Service Manager- Sam Bersamin still there employed. His lack of follow up is evident of what Honolulu Ford was all about. It seems that since New Owner came in- they cleaned house and much more pleasant when you call in for service. Great Service and Amazing Advisor! I brought in my 2014 C-Max because my check engine light was on. I was immediately greeted by Reggie and Lori.
