Wonderful Experience from beginning to now! New to the island, looking for a used car to drive around and we needed it fast. Stuart helped us find, select and go through all the paperwork, etc. We actually found one right away and did the test drive. The process was simple and Stuart helped us with the difficult areas and we made the purchase that same day. Wayne Fukumoto led us through finance and final documentation. I know this may be minute for some but we had a really rough day driving around but the entire place is clean-including the restroom and the place had a nice floral smell. I guess I needed aroma therapy because it is relaxing. They bring water and treat you first class even when you are buying a used car. We would definitely come back to Honolulu Ford for service or to purchase another car. We would never buy from a private party-I've been burned before and Ford does Safety Check and you see a Car Fax on it. Ask for Stuart. Stuart, Wayne and the dealership were great! Update: About a month later and we still love the car. Almost everything works and is great. We still have to tweak the back hatch and o get it to lock and we will give it new brakes soon. We so appreciate the service we got at Honolulu Ford! More

"Chad Getz is the Man!" I bought a brand new 2017 F250 and it had a problem with the air condition which was a manufacturer defect. Mr. Chad Getz took my truck and promised I bought a brand new 2017 F250 and it had a problem with the air condition which was a manufacturer defect. Mr. Chad Getz took my truck and promised to take good care of it and that he would call me as soon as it was ready to be picked up. He told me it would take approximately 2 days to repair. He kept me posted on my truck's progress. Chad has always been helpful, kind, courteous, and understanding. I'm grateful to have made a new friend. The moment I arrived I was greeted and reacquainted with Chad Getz. He explained very clearly what they would do and the estimate of how much it would cost. Chad then called me twice during the day. First, he called to informed me that the estimate was a little high that I would be charged less. Then he called to inform me the car was ready and that I could have a driver pick me up. He was first class in every thing he did. He made me feel as though I was important to him. In fact, if I were hiring someone to represent me with my business, I would be delighted to hire Chad Getz. I arrived at Honolulu Ford and my Service Agent, Jason, approached me and got my paperwork and vehicle inspection done and we talked about exactly wha I arrived at Honolulu Ford and my Service Agent, Jason, approached me and got my paperwork and vehicle inspection done and we talked about exactly what I expected of them while servicing my vehicle. My vehicle servicing did not take long at all and Jason called me personally to let me know when my vehicle was done and explained what was done. My experience at Honolulu Ford Service department was very positive and for sure I will return for future service. Honolulu Ford- Poor Prior Mgmt I am so glad that the Gen Manager-Mark Benson has been removed. Unfortunately you still have your Service Manager- Sam Bersamin still there employed. His lack of follow up is evident of what Honolulu Ford was all about. It seems that since New Owner came in- they cleaned house and much more pleasant when you call in for service.
