Car Service Recommendation Going in for routine maintenance and a weird AC problem was no mean feat for these guys. I had Chad help me out with my car problem. The intent was to do this with no money exchanged. I first met sales agent Tiffany F. who helped me get the process started, and then Jason. Test drove one vehicle, did the typical back and forth on price before agreeing to the arrangement I wanted. Turned out the first vehicle we agreed on had issues, so they suggested another vehicle. That vehicle had just been traded in and had stubborn mechanical issues that prevented us from test driving. This all occurred over a period of days. Meanwhile I'd gone to two other dealerships and got the stereotypical used car salesman "We're doing you a favor" runaround. Forget that! After a few days Tiffany called and said the SUV had been repaired and asked if we were still interested. We checked it out , liked it and Honolulu Ford kept their word on the original deal. My wife is really happy with the SUV and of course that makes my life easier. I appreciate both the "no pressure" approach and the follow up by Tiffany and Jason. Their professionalism really made the process painless and refutes the generally held attitude (including me) that going to a dealership is like having teeth pulled with no Novocaine. ( I actually told her that. lol!) I would definitely recommend Tiffany and Jason to anyone I know looking for a car. More
