Awesom I brought my 2008 over from the Mainland a year or so ago. This was my first visit to the Ford Service Center. My contact was Jason. I was on time I brought my 2008 over from the Mainland a year or so ago. This was my first visit to the Ford Service Center. My contact was Jason. I was on time for my early morning appointment and they were ready, willing and very helpful. Explained the procedure of Ford (since I had never been there before), offered my a ride and told me they would call before repairs. The reality of the whole thing, is they did exactly that! Called with repairs, explained what the mechanic found and estimated costs and time. Jason was along side of me through the whole repairs that were needed. They picked me up and when Jason bought me my car explained what the entire invoice. Wow, true and correct information, isn't that a rarity these days. I'm so glad I found this Ford Dealership and will continue to use their service center. Mahalo Jason, your the best!!!! More

Chad Getz gets it done! My 2013 Ford Focus had a transmission issues. I did not buy the car from Honolulu Ford, but Chad took care of my car like their own. Awesome service from an awesome service advisor! I want to say that I've had my vehicles serviced at Honolulu Ford prior, and I wasn't impressed at all. The dealership have since assigned me to a new I want to say that I've had my vehicles serviced at Honolulu Ford prior, and I wasn't impressed at all. The dealership have since assigned me to a new service advisor named Chad and since then, I have nothing else to say than "Wow!!!" In my opinion, that's how service employees should be, appointments are easily made, I'm given updates and the promised work is done. I believe that if more staff would follow his work ethics, Honolulu Ford would have a 5 star dealership service department. More

I also asked if I could get a safety check for my car at the same time I was meeting with Jeff, and Chad Getz gladly assisted me in renewing my safety check, Chad also informed me that I needed to keep an eye on my tires and that everything else on my car was great. Excellent Experience I'd been shopping around for a new truck to replace the one I'm giving to my son. It's been nearly 10 years since I bought a new vehicle. Like most pe I'd been shopping around for a new truck to replace the one I'm giving to my son. It's been nearly 10 years since I bought a new vehicle. Like most people on the island, I was looking at Toyota & Nissan, but this time around I wanted to get a V6. Man....prices have really shot up since my last purchase. The Tacoma's and Frontier's I was looking at came in around mid to high 20's with an extended cab, so I decided to see what Ford had to offer, more so since it had an aluminum body that won't rust here in Hawaii, and was prepared to get the base model F150 regular. Figured I'd be getting the same amount of truck in the low 20's and just have to buy a tonneau cover to store some gear instead of using the extended cab. As luck would have it, I got Honolulu Ford at just the right time when they happened to be running a promotional sale on the F150 SuperCab STX that came out just slightly more than the base regular cab, and still cheaper than the Tacoma and Frontier I was considering. Ryan Medeiros from the online department contacted me to let me know there were only 4 vehicles at the promotional price, so I headed down shortly after I got off the phone with him to check things out. I met Ryan when I got to the dealership and was handed over to Sarah Kim. She showed my daughter and I a similar STX since the one we were most interested in wasn't immediately available. We were both so impressed with the truck and couldn't believe how much truck we would be getting for the price, so I jumped on it while I had the chance. Throughout the process, Ryan, Sarah, and the finance manager were a pleasure to work with. No high pressure in your face sales tactics like I've unfortunately encountered in the past. I was in a rush and asked to take delivery at a later date which was no problem. Sarah even switched days off with another worker to come and get my daughter and I all the way out in Waipahu. I know I got a great/lucky deal on the truck, but if the great service continues I know where I'll be coming back to to get my daughter a car in a couple of years.
