Tiffany Franco is GREAT! I brought our 2014 Escape in for multiple service items and 2 recalls. Everything was done that day except a warrany repair on the passenger side fron I brought our 2014 Escape in for multiple service items and 2 recalls. Everything was done that day except a warrany repair on the passenger side front window doesn't go down all the way since new. Talked to Service Manager Sam and returned 2 days later for repair. Turns out the window cannot be adjusted and this is a factory defect - whole window mechanism will have to replaced. Mechanic brought me back and showed me the problem. The mechanic Jose, Tiffany Franco, and Sam all went beyond the call to make it right! THANK YOU! Everyone at Honolulu Ford Service was friendly and helpful. A pleasant service experience for my first time there. More
