He made sure that I really liked the one that I purchased, because I was having a very sad moment to let go of my previous vehicle. Later on I brought my new truck back to have the tint repaired, he asked me if I was enjoying the new truck and If l am still sad l replied not anymore. While doing the initial drive in the new truck we found a hole in the tint on the passages side window, Eric made a appointment for me right away and I only waited for about 30minutes for the repair. Eric helped me throughout the entire purchase process, everything was smooth and fast. I really appriciate Eric for being personable and making my new truck purchase experience memorable. More

I felt like I was pushed to the back of the "line" because my service call was not considered "priority." Whereas, in my opinion it is the customers time that is of most value, not the severity of their mechanical issues.
