Quick service Went in for my 7500 Mile service which is recommended by ford. My appointment was for 7:30am was met immediately by a service team member. I told him I was told to see service advisor Charlo Cabahit. Charlo introduced himself and made sure what I was bringing the Flex in for. Car was done in half and hour. As I have the service agreement with Honolulu Ford everything was done at no charge. More

Great Service The facility was clean. The staff was courteous and I did not have to wait to be addressed on why I was there. The service advisor did a great job exc The facility was clean. I explained to Theresa the mechanical problem I was experiencing although I had an appointment for the following week, I brought my car as a walk-in.
