Oil change was faster than I had anticipated, the staff were friendly and helpfull. Last week, I took my wife's car in for an oil change at a different dealers was faster than I had anticipated, the staff were friendly and helpfull. Last week, I took my wife's car in for an oil change at a different dealership and they vacuumed the floorboards, washed the car and cleaned the windows inside and out. I guess Ford doesn't do that.
