Your company finally said they would redo purchase order which was what we first agreed on. I have never asked for more but just what was agreed on.They made the mistake and should have just fixed it from the beginning. They also offered to do proper repairs needed for scratch on this brand new car. Sorry it came to this but they should have done what was right from the beginning to avoid all this unnecessary drama. Consumers should feel good after a purchase especially paying close to 50k. Well let’s see if the really do what they say, I’m still holding my breath.

Coedy Kaneshiro is an excellent salesman, hooked me up with a great deal Ford Ranger. Asked Codie for 36 months lease and he came through. I make mistakes all the time, good to have a car salesman to look after your best interests. Please change Mr. Kaneshiro a well deserved rating of 5 stars. I suffer from PTSD and had difficulties understanding how to lease an automobile. My bad should have researched leasing. Victor was engaged in deception when asked the price or the Residual Cost of the Ford Ranger. He said he did not know my cost for the Ranger after the lease. I found the Residual Value to be about 25,000 after the three year lease from Ford Motor Company. Also Deception from Coedy Kaneshiro sales, Mark Sales Manager, both telling me that my cost of the Ford Ranger was below MSRP. All three were engaged in deception of lease Automobile from Honolulu Ford.
