I bought the extended warranty and was told I didn’t , then told my warranty my not cover the issue , multiple issues . $3,200 dollars worth of warranty. It is currently at Honolulu Ford as I was told twice I would be called to come pick up a loaner after I was told to rent my own. And sales associates at the time tells me ..” I don’t know what to say”. Miles , and Kyle . What’s next? An accident due to things not being fixed ? More

Ford motor company did get the document I asked for but it didn’t resolved my issue. So far people who could help me have not been engaged in helping me. The experience is really terrible. From the customer stand point I feel no exceptional support from the dealership and the value customer loyalty means nothing. More

Finally I was charged 973.00 because the individual didn't notify me of the change in the quote! For many years, I have had a total of 7 Ford vehicles, I was looking into getting another one, sadly I was so upset with this experience, I went to KIA Nimitz and traded a Ford for a KIA! I understand my initial battery died, I was stranded and ended up having to buy a battery from a gas station, sadly that battery caused the problem, that means I've had three batteries since I bought this vehicle. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Horrible experience I was sold a bad car and had it for one day as it spent the next three weeks in and out of the dealership being “fixed” for me to Horrible experience I was sold a bad car and had it for one day as it spent the next three weeks in and out of the dealership being “fixed” for me to get it back not fully fixed. They ended up just cancelling my deal and took away my loaner they gave me for having my car so LONG so I ended up leaving the dealership with nothing and having to get on a bike with all my stuff and my husbands gear and they just were okay with it all they didn’t care it was unsafe or how bad they had screwed me over. I was UNHAPPY with how the staff acted and how they treated me when I called them out on how bad the car was. The ONLY employee who treated me with respect was ERIC BLAZEK everyone else made it seem like I was an annoyance when I would call for MY UPDATES ON MY CAR. Thomas told me when I first called the car was $6000 and when I got there it was $9999. He also was rude when I finally did meet him with his sense of carelessness over giving me a crappy car. He then used the excuse that the car was NEVER TO BE SOLD TO START WITH when he took the car back off my hands. THEN WHY WAS I SOLD THE CAR AND WHY DID SO MANY STAFF MEMBERS INVOLVED ALOW ME TO GET THIS VEHICLE? I had the car ONE DAY and got s ticket for it being lowered (which I now have to fight in court) i returned it after ONE DAY because it had SEVERAL issues and they kept it two weeks called me and I picked it up and drove 20 minutes and had issues and turned around for them to keep it a week and then try to give me the car again with out everything fixed because to them it wasn’t worth their money (if that was the case why lie to me and try to get me in a car that you knew wasn’t okay and wasn’t worth the money!?) I brought a mechanic with me and when he pointed out issues he was blown off and talked to like he didn’t know what he was talking about Thomas was at this point in our opinion over us and just wanted to go on with his day instead of helping me. He also wouldn’t tell us what all the mechanic did or give us paperwork / let us speak to him. I will NEVER use this dealership again and I will tell everyone I know not to go to them either. More

Technician "forgot" during a safety recall Got an airbag recall completed in mid December. After several calls to the service department on when to expect the recall to be cleared in Ford's da Got an airbag recall completed in mid December. After several calls to the service department on when to expect the recall to be cleared in Ford's database I was told 3 weeks after the work was done that the technician forgot to take a picture of the airbag vin number and I would have to come in again to get that done. I was told anytime before 5:30 PM they could get it done. I arrived about 4:30 and was turned away because there were no technicians to help me. I again asked should I just make an appointment and was reassured that no it would take no longer than 30 minutes I just have to arrive before 4. I returned a couple days later around 11:00 and the service advisor was surprised when I said I would wait for the vehicle. No more than 30 minutes right? It seemed like I caught the service advisor off guard and after an hour and a half my recall was complete. This was a frustrating interaction with Honolulu ford and I'm not sure why I keep coming back. I would much rather recommend windward ford and honestly feel safer with them working on my vehicle. More

When the car was ready, he called me to pickup and arrange a time I did and met with the service manager who reviewed my invoice with me at the service payout counter. The young lady there was polite and on target. I paid my bill and then a service employee came to the counter and told me my car was at the front, waiting to drive away. More
