Of all the dealers I tried, they seemed to be the only ones that went the extra mile for me. The Internet people were awesome, and they gave me a price I couldn't pass up...and I didn't have to go down t ones that went the extra mile for me. The Internet people were awesome, and they gave me a price I couldn't pass up...and I didn't have to go down to the dealership to get it! Then they took great pains to try and get me a payment I could deal with, and didn't try to sell me more car than I needed just so they could make more on the deal. All in all, a great experience... Just make sure you check with the Internet division first. More

I had 1 car for most of my adult life and had to take it to a particular dealer for servicing. My experience with that dealer's maintenance staff was poor. It seemed that I was no longer being treated as to a particular dealer for servicing. My experience with that dealer's maintenance staff was poor. It seemed that I was no longer being treated as customer because I was coming for servicing rather than buying a new car. I assumed that all car dealerships were the same. However, John Sollenbarger has changed my perception. He greeted me and introduced himself. He was attentive and seemed to be genuinely concerned about my service issue. I also want to recognize Mark Benson. I was reading my paper outside of the service department while waiting for my ride. I didn't know his name at the time, but Mark struck up a short conversation with me about what is going on in the news. He didn't have to do that. It was a nice gesture to show that customers are customers regardless of whether they are buying a new car or getting one serviced. My overall experience with Honolulu Ford has been great and I would recommend this dealership to other people. Thank you for the great experience. More

I just wanted to express my opinion about a salesman that has gone the extra mile to earn my business. My wife and I are small business owners and we have entertained the idea to purchase a new company vehic has gone the extra mile to earn my business. My wife and I are small business owners and we have entertained the idea to purchase a new company vehicle for our service department. We had hoped it would be at the beginning of the year but fell a little short of our goals. However Roger has politely hung in there giving us multiple quotes and answering every question, helping us to figure out the best fit. Sending back and fourth numerous e-mails without being annoying or giving me a line of BS. Because of the courteous way my wife and I were handled, we would only buy a New Ford utility Truck from Roger. Though for now I'm sure he was disappointing, we look forward to giving Roger our first purchase. We really appreciate Roger style of sales. None of the back and forth dickering, that just waste my time and irritates the crap out of me. Just best price, take it or leave it. We will definitely send people and other owners your way.
