I don't like car dealers/sales because I've had a few bad experiences in the past and the other day at another dealer. I needed a new car ASAP when I went back there for the 2nd time but no one seemed to wa experiences in the past and the other day at another dealer. I needed a new car ASAP when I went back there for the 2nd time but no one seemed to want to help me. But Roger stepped in when he saw me sitting and waiting for somebody. Roger was patient with my attitude and I was a bit upset when I was there, but he checked the newest inventory that wasn't out for show yet and it made me feel that the purchase was to my liking with the color and model; he did not just say that whatever that was already out for show was all that they had. Overall his service was excellent. More
