I came in with my requirements and what I was willing to pay, and he came in within a few dollars of that. He helped sync the telephones and teach us about the new vehicle. Mark Benson came out and talked with us as well, he was friendly and energized, and wanted to ensure we were getting quality service and asked if he could help. When our new SUV (2013 Ford Explorer) was brought out after washing, he noted one of the decals was not scrapped off fully and said he would take care of that himself, and he did. He also shared his visions on the future of the dealership, and being retired military I found it enlightening how he wanted to see about doing more than just the "norm" for military in Hawaii. I called up this company to inquire about used car inspections. I was almost shocked to find out from Kevin that this type of service was available and it was even more than what I expected. Kevin told me basically what it would entail and set me up with an appointment. He was also very polite and professional over the phone. It was very easy to speak with him. After arriving at the dealership, I met with Kevin and he gave me a print out of the list of checkpoints they'd be reaching during the inspection. He also notified me of the special no interest financing for the used car extended warranty offer. Already being pleased with the service I was receiving from Kevin, I was extremely pleased with the manufacturer for offering such a thing as this. Kevin provided exceptional service and the crew at the checkout were also very polite and professional. I really enjoyed and appreciate the experience I had at this dealer. I leased car in 2008 from another dealer. The servicing department, from Kevin, who is in charge of my needs, to Jared and Tracy, is great. I am always greeted with a smile and what can we do for you attitudes. When I decided to buy out my lease, the finance manager, Arsenio was terrific. I discussed options with him, went home and reviewed them, and returned to purchase my vehicle. Just this week, I had another great experience with Gary, who did a drive around with me to determine the cause of a noise I was hearing. Obviously knowledgeable, he did his diagnosing and was so friendly too. I am serious... Over 30 years ago I first went to Honolulu Ford when they were at the Ala Moana location and purchased my first T Bird from Ben Cabalo. Since then I have always gone back to Ben even when I bought my son's were at the Ala Moana location and purchased my first T Bird from Ben Cabalo. Since then I have always gone back to Ben even when I bought my son's first car which was a gorgeous yellow Mustang GT. Ben has to be the nicest and hardest working person I know who always goes the extra mile for me as his customer. He has become more of a friend over these many years. He is ther reason why I will continue to select my Ford cars or trucks from Honolulu Ford. I mean they have fanatastc service and all that but to be able to come to the dealership and have someone who greets you with the words, "Hello My Friend" is just heartwarming to say the least.
