I have never been so dissatisfied with a car dealership as a whole like I was at Honolulu Ford. First off Ariana and John Guerra were helpful but no one else was. Originally we were told that they could only get us into a used car by Donna. Wwe told her we did not like the two she showed us and she said that was all they could get us into and we should just take one of them. Even know we didnt like them she tried to sell one of them to us. Then as we were about to leave John Brislin said he could get us into a new car, a Fiesta. We attempted to get it but they only got us approved for a manual one but my fiancee could not drive a stick. So I asked them to try to approve us on an automatic. After calling them twice they said they could not help us and we should just take the stick. I told them we were not going to buy a manual drive and mentioned we would be trying with Cutter Ford. While we were at Cutter I received a text message from Ariana saying they got us approved in a Focus with the terms I wanted which was an automatic for $250 a month. Since I was told they could do it in a new 2012 Focus automatic for $250 a month I said I would be right there to get it. Well wwhen I got there the terms changed and after going around a few times we agreed to buy the car for $292 a month. So that was the first lie. They lied saying my terms but when we got there the old "Bait and Switch" happened. So after we started to sign they gave us one mor road block, they said the car was not in stock but it would be there on the 21 of May, we were there on the 16th when they told us this. So since they said it would get there on the 21st and they would give us a loaner car we said ok and signed the contract. Well the 21st came and went and they said the 23rd, then that passed and they said the 25th. Needless to say that date came and went and I asked when would the car come? Well it was then that they told us they have no idea when it would come. so at that point I was already tired of them continually lying so I said if they could not put me in a car that weekend then I don't want the deal. They said they could not help me and said to come and get my car. I called back and spoke to the president, Mark Benson and explained what had transpired. He said he would call back in ten minutes. I told him that I wanted to go through them and please help me. When Mark called back he said, well we don't know when the car is coming in so return our rental and come get your trade-in and we wish you luck???? What kind of dealership sends away business? Needless to say I am glad they did because we went to McKenna and they did a great deal with us. They even gave me more on the trade in and also got us a lower rate. They were all very helpful and really took care of us. I will highly recommend anyone to go to McKenna for a no hassle, friendly, courtious and honest dealership. They also got us into a better model. Honolulu would only get us int an S model Focus with just the basics. Not even automatic windows in the back. McKenna however got us into an SE Focus with the SYNC system. In the end, I would run from Honolulu Ford and head straight over to McKenna Ford! More

I wanted a new car but was kind of dreading the experience of getting one. We went to Ford and first met Jerry Dow who was very friendly and did not put on the hard sell. We told him we didn't want to buy today but we would be back. We looked at a few cars and even drove one, we kind of had our minds made up already. The next Saturday we went back and walked around and looked at the cars for a few minutes and was never bothered by the staff. We finally went in to find somebody when Jerry came out, we asked to see one car and he got the keys and that was it. Then we decided to get the car and met John G who also helped us and was very friendly and it was a very pleasant experience. As we were waiting to sign papers Donna came by and sat down and asked us what car we were getting and we continued to chat for the next 15 minutes about Honolulu, since she had just moved here 1 month earlier. It was nice of her to entertain us as we were waiting for the final paper work to sign. I must say the whole experience was great and I would recommend Honolulu Ford which I already have to some of my co workers. Thanks Again. More

I called Ben and told him what was happening he told me to bring the car in right a way. We picked up the car on 5/10/2012.
