Dave Schmidt and kevin Washington where just great. I always start my search for a new vehicle by using the Internet and I usually judge a dealer by their response time. Kevin returned my email request always start my search for a new vehicle by using the Internet and I usually judge a dealer by their response time. Kevin returned my email request within 30 minutes. Which is outstanding compared to another dealer that took two weeks and another took two months on previous searches. Upon arrival Kevin met me and was ready to go and very friendly he then introduced me to Dave. By the questions I was asked I could tell they wanted to really know about me and what my purpose was for buying a truck and this way they made suggestions and where not just trying to sell me anything. Dave really took the time to explain Sync to me and made all the other options/features known. I also want to mention the Internet Manager Donna Davis, she was also great. She took the time to introduce herself and made sure I was happy. She also took me around and made sure I knew where Parts and Service were for future dealings. She also demostrated on the computer where to find Ford parts and took me outside to show how some add-on's looked already installed. Lastly Mr. Mark Benson came out and introduced himself as Mark, only later did I learn he was the president of the company. He is a very personal person easy to talk with and it was a nice touch to buying a car with them. Through out the whole process he would check to see how things were going. We were very pleased with out experience at Honolulu Ford. We were not subject to the high pressure sales techniques that we have experienced at some other dealers; for this I also credit our sales pers Ford. We went to look for a used car, which we decided not to buy. But due to the good experience, we later came back and bought another used car. As far as I can judge from Kelley's blue book or Edmunds, their used car prices are very fair, and a tough negotiation on price therefore is not needed, which adds to the good experience. More
