Honolulu Ford makes every effort to satisfy each customer concern with alacrity and respect. In addressing your original complaint here at the dealership, our first offer was to allow you to return the car for another vehicle. That option was not accepted so we repaired the window tint and sent the car to the local Hyundai dealer to repair sunroof under orginal Manufacturer's Warranty. Since the car was pre-owned at purchase there was only one key available. No promises were made to provide an extra key and our pricing reflected the car as-is at time of delivery. You also elected to self-insure and not purchase an extended service contract which would have provided you with mechanical breakdown coverage. Please accept our apologies for not providing you with updates in a more timely fashion, we do have procedures in effect to correct that problem. Thank you for your comments and please feel free to call with any questions.
