I originally went in to check out the new Escape and wound up purchasing an Explorer. After initially looking at a XLT and negotiating down to the paperwork, I wasn’t 100% happy with the Explorer. Honol wound up purchasing an Explorer. After initially looking at a XLT and negotiating down to the paperwork, I wasn’t 100% happy with the Explorer. Honolulu Ford went above and beyond helping me settle into a Limited Explorer which I am still excited about. They didn’t have to help, and had no obligation to, but they did. One thing that I could (and should) have negatiated a better price. I know this was my fault, and not so much the dealer’s. The reason I only rated “okay” for price is Honolulu Ford (like all Hawaiian dealers) tacks on a substantial “Hawaii Fee” to the price, which make it tough to negotiate a good price and sometimes makes financing difficult (by having to explain why the vehicle is over MSRP). Still, I was very impressed at the lengths they went to satisfy me. Thanks! More

It was this team led by Mark Benson at Honolulu Ford Lincoln that made my wife's decision easy...the Lincoln Navigator over the Cadillac Escalade. Just no comparison! More

Working with Jason was a breeze! Understood what my needs were, and what my budget was like. Hailing from the Motor City and being around cars all my life, I know when to walk away when I know I'm not needs were, and what my budget was like. Jason understood I had A Plan paperwork and a car already in mind, he went to work right away to look for the car, and when he found out that the car was still in transit, suggested another vehicle on the lot that had a few more bells and whistles on it yet cost less. When I returned the following day to make a deal, again he made it effortless. Because it was an A Plan sale, there was no haggling involved. He made the credit process easy and was even able to find me a better financing deal than what I had been approved for on my own. In times past I have spent close to 6 hours at a dealership making a deal. All told, thanks to Jason's expertise, I was there only 2 hours and at the end of it, I drove off in my brand new 2012 Ford Fiesta SE! More

While waiting for paper work to be finalize meet the president of Honlulu Ford, just started talking stories and making sure that we find everything and making sure that customer service is the top of their list, didn't find out he was the president until our sales associate mentioned that to us....
