I originally went in to check out the new Escape and wound up purchasing an Explorer. After initially looking at a XLT and negotiating down to the paperwork, I wasn’t 100% happy with the Explorer. Honol wound up purchasing an Explorer. After initially looking at a XLT and negotiating down to the paperwork, I wasn’t 100% happy with the Explorer. Honolulu Ford went above and beyond helping me settle into a Limited Explorer which I am still excited about. They didn’t have to help, and had no obligation to, but they did. One thing that I could (and should) have negatiated a better price. I know this was my fault, and not so much the dealer’s. The reason I only rated “okay” for price is Honolulu Ford (like all Hawaiian dealers) tacks on a substantial “Hawaii Fee” to the price, which make it tough to negotiate a good price and sometimes makes financing difficult (by having to explain why the vehicle is over MSRP). Still, I was very impressed at the lengths they went to satisfy me. Thanks! More

It was this team led by Mark Benson at Honolulu Ford Lincoln that made my wife's decision easy...the Lincoln Navigator over the Cadillac Escalade. Just no comparison! More
