My wife and I had our belongings stolen including our one and only car key today. We were having a terrible time with a tow truck and insurance company,that It was only inevitable that we would have just as and only car key today. We were having a terrible time with a tow truck and insurance company,that It was only inevitable that we would have just as many problems getting a new car key... I spoke to Chaz "service manager" on the phone and explaned the whole story to him. He said to bring in the car and we will get you set up as fast as we can. When we FINALLY arrived to the dealership, we squeezed out of the tow truck wearing only our bathing suit's since all our clothing was stolen on the beach. Chaz stayed 45 min after his shift was over just to take care of us... He stated that not only will the service dept take care of the key, but would also give us a SECOND key, both free of charge. Over a $500 value. Chaz and the service dept were the most polite, professional, and caring group of people. He continued to call us part of the "Ford family". The usual you expect from a car dealer, they are trying as hard as they can to get as much $$ as possible for a vehicle. I'm familiar with all the games and to tell the truth, it gets pretty old. Like taking you paperwork for a trade-in and holding it until you almost forget that they have it. Why not return it when your done with it! I was looking to buy a 2011 vehicle that was still on the lot but lets face it, its looked at as a 2-yr old used vehicle since the 2013's are now arriving. Yet they didnt want to deal telling me that this is the best offer they can do yet the offer is the MSRP... cut me some slack I'm not that dumb. If I was to drive that vehicle off the lot for the price they were asking and go to another dealer they as if I was looking to trade it in, I would lose a full 1/3 of the price I just paid for it simply because its a 2-yr old used vehicle even though it was purchased new 15 minutes ago. I would say that vehicle was not holding it value very well. More

Nick also was very informative about the vehicle and we didn't get that typical sale person pitch, uncomfortable feeling at all and Lee Gerken (Finance guy) awesome! Mark benson is the by far the most disrespectful person I have met here on the island. The way he is fake to the locals is so ridiculous. He was phony and had no clue how to treat the locales. He tried to to sell me one of those so called piece of junk used cars. I really hope that the real owner of that dealership finds someone else to run that dealership. What a disgrace. Tom Griffen was a much better President of HONO ford and wish to see a change soon. I would never recommend this store. It is a rip off and fake people. More

I worked briefly witn Kevin and Art when I towed my 2006 Ford Escape with the "inferior" on-board computer (only 87,000 miles and the computer fries? -- Thanks Ford)into the service department. Kevin sent me to Art, and Art sent me to Jason. Jason was great. He rates a score of Excellent. Courteous, cheerful, good listener, knows his products, took great care of us, and worked his xxx off. We felt he had our best interest in mind. We'd easily work with him again. We are EXTREMELY disappointed with Ford Motor Co. for it's lousy on board computer. I only had $4400 left to pay on my loan. The repairs (parts & labor) would have been well over $3,000. and I had to pay for diagnostics and towing. I'm following this survey with a letter to Ford complaining about my situation. I realize it's not the dealerships fault. Okay, that's it. We're looking forward to our SYNC Workshop and Hands-on Tutorial on September 20th.
