I had a great experience with Honolulu Ford. I live on the Big Island and did my deal over the phone. My salesperson, Isaac M., was fantastic. I bought a used Toyota Tacoma truck 2018. And Isaac was very helpful even though I told him I wasn't sure about my credit and he said, not to worry he'll help me to get me the truck.
