I was working with Gabby to purchase a Ram 3500 they had for sale. They called me and told me it was available and so I asked to put down a deposit to secure the truck and they told me it was first come fir for sale. They called me and told me it was available and so I asked to put down a deposit to secure the truck and they told me it was first come first serve. So I filled out an application and started the loan process for the truck so I secure it that way. Which they ran my credit and I had a vehicle to trade in. They did not want to continue my loan process till they saw my vehicle to trade in. I asked them to continue the loan process without a trade in and they said they would do that. I called multiple times to see if they would continue the loan without a trade in and they couldn’t give me an answer which they said they would and they never did. I called them to tell them I was on the way, 15 min before I arrived to the dealer (which is a 45 min drive) with my trade in, they called me to tell me they had someone else putting an application in and that the truck might be sold before I got there, after they ran my credit. When I arrived shortly after the truck was already sold 10 min prior right from underneath me. They only care about getting a paycheck. Waste of time. More

I can only speak to their car purchasing department. I would personally recommend that one does not accept a message from them if you posted your vehicle on FB Marketplace. They told me they could offer their offere are often at or sometimes HIGHER than KBB private party sale numbers (I have the message thread to prove this). Of course they said these numbers are pending on site inspection of the vehicle. I get there and all the comps they show me are trade-in values and the KBB trade-in value. I asked what about the private party sale numbers. That's when the double talk began. They said their offer was based on "excellent condition" to get at their offer of $2500 which exceeded KBB by about $100. However, they was shady because weren't supposed to be looking trade in values from the getgo. My car was not in excellent condition anyway. I was looking at very good condition for private party sales. The reps keps dodging my attempts to focus on private party sale values. In fact the lead rep of the two was quite rude by laughing and saying"that's what you wish " when asking me to guess at what number they arose at. What childish and unprofessional game is that to be played. I'm sure this person represents people and company above her so that was quite a poor representation. Based on my experience I would NOT recommend dealing with this place unless you want an offer closer to a trade in value, which is fine. My problem was the clearly misleading language used to get me to come in and unprofessional in person. I sold another car through CARMAX and it was a night and day experience. No games. Nothing misleading. They should never have said their numbers are closer or sometimes exceed private party sale prices then to only reference trade in values in person. I find this quite appalling. As I see their positive reviews are very one sided on Google, I'll be finding other outlets to post this review on.
