Through no fault of their own, the parts did not arrive, the dealership is being remodeled, and it was a three day holiday weekend. I would like to have been called or texted with updates on the progress during the three day weekend. Also I would like to have been given the "object" or "objects" that caused the break in the moon roof operation. I am challenged to trust that the object caused the body to (bend,warp,distort). Great service from start to finish, though the dealership should allow for combining service specials/coupons for customers having multiple services completed in the same visit. For example if all services t should allow for combining service specials/coupons for customers having multiple services completed in the same visit. For example if all services total above $XXX.xx, then one coupon per service can be applied up to $XX.xx just off the top of my head.
