My name is Bobby Howard, my sincere apology for not washing your car after service, this a service that we provide for our guests. You may have noticed the construction going on here at the dealership. Due to this construction we are unable access the wash facility and consequently we are unable to perform the wash service that our customers enjoy. If you would call me at 904-370-1300 ex 1200,I would be happy to have your car hand washed and vacuumed as your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Thank you for your feedback, it's through engagement with valuable customers like you that we are able to improve the service experience. We now have signs posted in easily visible places to ask our guest to excuse us for not being able wash their cars until the dealership expansion is complete. Thank you again for your input and please call me and allow our detail department to wash and vacuum the vehicle as our way of saying thank you for your understanding.I look forward to hearing from you.
