Professional Quality Service We brought our CR-V for a scheduled oil change, and it turned out there was a recall on airbags for our model. We had to leave the car in for a day, but the Service Rep, Josh, was quick to offer a new CR-V as a free loaner for the time while our car was serviced. Always a Positive Experience I have been using this Service Center for 8+ years with three different vehicles. TPMS Problem Brought in 2011 Insight with very low mileage and just a few months out of warranty with a TPMS problem. Also decided to have oil changed and tires ro Brought in 2011 Insight with very low mileage and just a few months out of warranty with a TPMS problem. Also decided to have oil changed and tires rotated while I waited. A bad component was found and they decided to fix under warranty if I brought car up to full maintenance requirements which just required a brake fluid change after 3 years. While checking tires they found a large bubble on back side of tire which could not be seen when tire was mounted. This could have been very dangerous. After taking car to get 2 new tired the TPMS warning came on the next morning. I called Josh and he had me bring the car right in where they had to recalibrate the TPMS system. Waited less then one hour for this to be done. Everything seems perfect now. Josh was very professional in handling all of my service requests. I also have a 2012 CRV purchased from this dealership and have always had all service done on both cars here. More

Terry was nice and responded all my calls. The courtesy inspection is funny, first they said my back tires rotting, I went within few days for a different work they said tires are good. More
Excellent Service I recently had an issue with the battery in our 2013 Honda CRV. We were out of town at the time the battery went out, so we had to jump it a few times I recently had an issue with the battery in our 2013 Honda CRV. We were out of town at the time the battery went out, so we had to jump it a few times over the weekend to get us back home. I called the Honda dealer and explained our situation and found that the battery was actually under a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty! i was very impressed with this. As soon as i got back into town i went to the dealers service department and they promptly took the car into the shop. After about 30 to 45 minutes the Service Rep came out and told me they were also fixing a recall i was unaware of and the car would be finished in a few minutes. So in about and hours time, they replaced the battery, fixed the recall. I can honestly say the service Department went above and beyond for me. I was very impressed with their courtesy and professionalism. More
