Solved a "funny noise" problem on the first attempt! Brought our 2009 Odyssey Touring to Honda of the Avenues because of a vibration/pulsation from the passenger rear. After a test drive and a quick tire check, it was decided the hub needed to be replaced (nobody replaces wheel bearings anymore, I guess). 90 minutes later, out the door with the noise gone, problem solved! Bobby Howard was completely upfront about they were too busy that particular day to do the recall repair without an appointment which I completely understood. I aggreed to do that at a future date. He also was honest that the oil change line would take longer than normal, but I was okay with that since I was already there. While it did take even longer than he estimated, I was glad he was as upfront as possible so I was prepared for the longer time than normal, so I don't hold that against them. I prefer theme being honest and upfront over just telling me what I want to hear and then disappointment. I definitely prefer this dealer over another local one north of this location! More

LOTS of Fixes -- Little time I was hoping to get a lot of things done all at once, but there was no way. Parts had to be ordered and I was not going home in my own car. He constantly kept me updated about the status during my wait. I am disappointed that the dealership restricts shuttle service to 15 miles, especially when I live in Orange Park. That really should be expanded to at least a 30 mile radius since Jacksonville is the largest (in size) city in the US! Had it not been for Julian's patience and ability to find an option that worked for me, I would have probably just taken my vehicle to another place. More
