Be Carefull and get hard receipts Went in for a routine oil change on my 2008 Civic EX-L coupe which was done quickly. Then the story begins. Joshua says there system was down and could not provide me with a hard copy receipt or repair review. Joshua says not to worry he new what the cost would be and the credit card system was working so lucky me I could pay. During the payment process Joshua says, hey your third tail light is not working and it will cost $300 to repair. Joshua suggests at that cost it is not worth spending the money as both brake lights are functioning fine. Next I receive a email from Bill Rodgers asking how the service was and thanking me for coming in. Bottom-line to the email is Bill wants an excellent review for his service department. I have emailed Bill several times letting him know the actually price of the replacement part ($89) and that fact that it takes less than 1 hour to replace the third tail light. I also mention to Bill the third tail light could also just need the contacts re-soldered. After all this Bill emails me stating he has hard copies of the receipts (which I never received nor were they ever emailed to me) and the one copy has a repair quote of $140. Bill says the actual cost is $143.05 ($91.55 part and $52.50 labor). Now Bill wants my phone number so we can talk, about what I don't now and really at this point don't care. I have lost all faith in this dealership. Why, because my third tail light was functioning before I got there and now for $300 they could fix it. More
This place makes the time out for repairs a pleasure. It's always a time I look forward to when I get my maintenance done on my CRV. And even if without the laptop, there are plenty of snacks and coffee and popcorn to ease the wait. Even my kids like going and enjoying all the amenities with me. I leave with my car all spruced up on the outside as well as the inside. More

Truly impressed I bought my vehicle from this dealership along with the maintence plan. From the beginning to the end of leaving my car for an oil change, the gentlem I bought my vehicle from this dealership along with the maintence plan. From the beginning to the end of leaving my car for an oil change, the gentleman in the service department truly impressed me. He went above and beyond and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. There was an issue when my vehicle was ready where I was charged for service which should of actually been covered under my plan. With extreme apology, it was remedied an I never felt like I was being "taken to the cleaners". I definitely recommend Honda at the Avenues service department. More
