Going strong after eight years "together" I grew up accompanying my mother to the dreaded car dealership and was extremely picky when I bought my own first new car eight years ago. The ONLY dealership where I felt listened to and valued: Honda of the Avenues. They got my business, and I have had all service and maintenance work done on site as I trust them, their training, and their communication skills! No surprises, and always an intelligent, thoughtful service representative to deal with. Bobby Howard in service is fantastic, and when I drive up into the service bay and see my name on the digital screen above me I know I am expected and my time (and money) will not be wasted. We just bought our daughter a new Fit at Honda of the Avenues and are thrilled with it. Highly recommended! More

Service within an hour Arrived at dealer location around 1:30 PM and was immediately met by my service advisor, Tim. Tim promptly made me feel comfortable by exchanging ple Arrived at dealer location around 1:30 PM and was immediately met by my service advisor, Tim. Tim promptly made me feel comfortable by exchanging pleasantries and asking about my issues. I told Tim that the tire pressure warning light would not go off even after I repeatedly made sure the tire pressure was correct. Tim did not say anything but reached in the car and pressed a button on the lower dash that made the light go out. I felt like a complete idiot but Tim said something like "not a big deal, dont worry about it" I was in for an oil change and our first new car inspection. I had the oil changed at another location and was told that our CRV required synthetic oil, which is much more expensive than regular oil. Tim said this was not the case but regular oil is what is suggested. And, that synthetic oil is required for hybrids. Bottom line, I got a pesky light turned off, a oil change and maintenance inspection, and a bag of popcorn and a bottle of water free, all of this in under an hour. You bet I will be back and will most certainly ask for Tim Thanks, again. Honda! More

If you have a honda this is the place to go I have 2 Honda vehicles and I just use the dealer service for maintenance.
