Excellent customer service I was in Jacksonville for my daughter's high school graduation this past week. I was able to stop by and get an oil change, new brake pads, and some fluids flushed. The car was ready as promised by the time we were headed back from a few hours at the beach. I purchased my 2007 Honda Civic in the Spring of 2007. It now has 198,000 miles. It is in great shape. All the service has been completed in your dealership with the exception of one oil change that was recently done in my new home in Alabama. 2005 Honda - Engine Light and running rough I brought my 2005 Honda Accord in for service because of an engine light and rough running engine. Service was busy so they offered me a rental car un I brought my 2005 Honda Accord in for service because of an engine light and rough running engine. Service was busy so they offered me a rental car until the could diagnose my cars problems. I had previously taken my car to a local mechanic shop (Goodwrench, Julington Creek) with the same issue several months back. After several days and hundreds of dollars they could not solve the problem. Honda diagnosed the problem within a few hours and fixed it the next day. Honda was more expensive but I wish I would have gone to them first because it would have saved me money, time and frustration in the long run. Thank you Honda of the Avenues. More

So convenient!! I thought when I showed up, I would be there all day..... But they had me in and out of there. Great experience I came in for a safety recall on my Honda Pilot for the driveside airbag. While there, they inspected my pilot at no extra cost, looked it over & advi I came in for a safety recall on my Honda Pilot for the driveside airbag.
