Great Service I have 2 Honda's and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I trust Honda of the Avenues to keep my cars running great. They perform the services need I have 2 Honda's and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I trust Honda of the Avenues to keep my cars running great. They perform the services needed and never try to sell unnecessary services or add-ons like some other places have. They tell me what maintenance will be coming up so I can budget for big ticket items in advance (like tires). They are up front about how long they think it will take so I can decide if I want to wait or have someone pick me up. They also have very convenient hours - I love being able to come in on a Sunday for an oil change. More

Quick and Easy on A Sunday We made an appointment online for a Sunday drop off. So that's cool. Makes scheduling easy. They were done within a couple hours. We were in and out on the drop and pick up and they even replaced our battery for free under warranty that they found was not at par levels. I normally don't like dealerships. but this one cuts the mustard. More

I was out of town and took it to another dealer, who was awful and told us that we had to replace all the wiring. Bobby took the initiative and got us a loaner car and chased down the problem to a bad connection and had us back on our way. He was awesome. More

Since I waited for the completion of this service, I was pleasantly surprised when it was completed in 1.25 hrs. More

Always accommodating I purchased my Honda CRV used from Honda of the Avenues and have always had my car serviced there. The staff is helpful, accommodating and professional. I love that all my service is recorded in the computer because when my car wouldn't start - I called service to check on how old my battery was. Instead of buying a battery from AAA, Honda said I was due a small rebate. So, I got the car jumped, drove straight to Honda, used the after hours drop box and got a new battery -and the rebate. It's worth it to me to pay just bit more and bring the car to the pros who have my history. thanks for great service! More
Misinformation and Excuses We scheduling an appointment for recall service on our 2005 Honda. At that time we also asked whether parts were on-hand for the work. We left our car at the shop at the our appointment time and were told the work would require 2-3 hours. We informed the service agent that we'd be back in 4-5 hours to pick up the car. On arrival, the car was not ready. When asked why, we were told parts were not available. This angered us since this SAME scenario was pulled last October when we brought the Honda in for recall service. We had scheduled an appointment and were told that parts were available then. When I asked for my car back and to reschedule the work when parts WERE available, I received a song-and-dance about given it back to me due to its unsafe condition. No loaner was offered until I asked for one and then it reeked of cigarette smoke. I was offered a second car and accepted. Overall, this experience mirrored that of last October. Again, I was intentionally misinformed and given overall poor service. I'm reluctant to return to your dealership for service, let alone purchase a new car. More
