Oil change I brought my car in on June 12,2015 for an oil change.They moved very quickly to get my vehicle done.There were several people in front of me,but they I brought my car in on June 12,2015 for an oil change.They moved very quickly to get my vehicle done.There were several people in front of me,but they still got my oil changed in less than 45 minutes. The service team there is courteous and very helpful.Excellent job to this service team.Will go there again.These guys are great. More
Key made I brought the car in to have a key made and was told it would take approximately one hour but they would try and speed it up. Beware - you will get cheated These guys are the best possible cheats. I took my Accord for oil change service and after the oil change the guy told me that my battery was extremel These guys are the best possible cheats. I took my Accord for oil change service and after the oil change the guy told me that my battery was extremely bad and needs replacement immediately. I did not believe him and did not get it done , as I had no problem with battery. I went to Autozone , they checked my battery and told that it had more than 50% life remaining. A couple of days later, I found that my car started leaking oil . So I went back to them after it did not stop leaking. Here is what Bill Rogers said , "The oil leak is caused because the guy who did my previous oil change before Honda of the avenues, had overtightened the oil pan plug bolt so the threading got broken, and I would need to pay $325 to retread." I told him, how can the previous oil change place be blamed , when Honda of the Avenues was the last one to do the oil change. They refused saying that their wrench does not allow them to overtighten and showed me their wrench. I felt disgusted. What a way to cheat your customer Mr Bill Rogers ? More
