Great customer service I've serviced my Accord at Honda at the Avenues three times, and I have never been disappointed with the service I've received. On my most recent visi I've serviced my Accord at Honda at the Avenues three times, and I have never been disappointed with the service I've received. On my most recent visit, my service appointment was estimated to tak a few hours, so they offered to have a driver take me home and then pick me up upon completion. The time they quoted for the service was faitrly accurate, and the staff were attentive and nice. I will definitely continue to service my car at this location. No complaints, besides their car wash being "down" for a couple of weeks. More

BatteryDied and Under Warranty I called Bob Mandele who usually handles my auto servicing. Since he was getting off, he set me up an appointment and had Josh handle my problem. When I first pulled it up, it took time before I was addressed, so much so that I was about to drive off. I'm glad I didn't. Bobby Howard approached me and apologized that someone hadn't addressed me earlier and I ended up having one of the quickest visits ever getting a vehicle serviced.
