Great customer service!!! Honda at the Avenues has the best Service center that I've ever dealt with! I do most of the maintenance on my '09 Civic at home but when I need servi Honda at the Avenues has the best Service center that I've ever dealt with! I do most of the maintenance on my '09 Civic at home but when I need service that I cannot do, I take it to these guys. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them and when I'm looking to buy again, I will definitely return to Honda @ the Avenues. They're straight forward, they're not pushy and they don't try to sell you services that you don't need. When you have your car serviced here, if you ever have any issues, they bend over backwards to make it right. I highly recommend them for your service needs. More

I was a little worried going in to the Honda of the Avenues dealership, but was pleasantly surprised to find the same high quality in the people working there. I dealt with Bob Mandele, a service advisor who returned my call in less than 3 minutes of leaving my message, got me an oil change, an adjustment on my front seat and a part I needed for my 2005 Honda Pilot. I'm happy to say I have found my new home and Honda dealership in the state of Florida. Thank you. More
Service center brought our pilot in for servicing. Jeff, service manager, was very helpful and went out of his way to help us. They explained all that would be done and kept me appraised of the additional service that should be done. I would highly recommend your service department to others. The staff is very nice and helpful with any questions, and when i take my car in for an oil change I am done in a reasonable amount of time. I also love that an appt isn't needed when going in for an oil change. More

Speedy and Economical Oil Change Service I like coming to the dealership for my oil changes because I like the "dealership experience and quality". However, I have found the standard oil change for my 2014 Honda Accord Coupe to be comparably priced, and even lower at times than other places, and my sever pretty speedy (depending on the day/time). I am a satisfied customer and plan to continue to return. More

ROTATE/BALANCE TIRES (5/12/2015) CHANGE OIL (5/28/2015) 5/12/2015: Came in for rotate/balance tires and for right front outer axle boot. Also requested to top off all liquids for my travel to DC. Service Advisor (Mr. Gasper Timpone) said they will do complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection as well. At the end of the service, I've noticed that the inspection checklist is blank (i.e. no entries like check marks or evaluations like tire conditions etc.). The gentleman at the cash register just told me everything is OK with vehicle, that's maybe why technician did not write anything on checklist. That's a first in my experience with service centers. 5/28/2015: Went back for an oil change. Pulled in on the left side of the bay with three (3) service advisors. Everyone on the phone. Had to wait about 6 minutes to be attended by Service Advisor (Mr. Robert Mandele). Told him I need an oil change and asked if the technician can top-off all fluids. About half-hour later, I was told the van needed tire rotation because the front tires thread had 7/32nds and the rear 9/32nds. I was advised that 9/32nds should be at the front. I told him, I just had it done on May 12, 2015. My interpretation was, the tire rotation/balance was not done on 5/12/2015. Mr. Mandele offered to correct it the same day. Also when I got home, I checked under the hood, the fluids are at and some below the lower level line. I've been going to this center since 2011, wondered what happened to the service slip-up. I've always counted on great service at Honda of the Avenues. More
