Always accommodating I purchased my Honda CRV used from Honda of the Avenues and have always had my car serviced there. The staff is helpful, accommodating and professional. I love that all my service is recorded in the computer because when my car wouldn't start - I called service to check on how old my battery was. Instead of buying a battery from AAA, Honda said I was due a small rebate. So, I got the car jumped, drove straight to Honda, used the after hours drop box and got a new battery -and the rebate. It's worth it to me to pay just bit more and bring the car to the pros who have my history. thanks for great service! More
Misinformation and Excuses We scheduling an appointment for recall service on our 2005 Honda. At that time we also asked whether parts were on-hand for the work. We left our car at the shop at the our appointment time and were told the work would require 2-3 hours. We informed the service agent that we'd be back in 4-5 hours to pick up the car. On arrival, the car was not ready. When asked why, we were told parts were not available. This angered us since this SAME scenario was pulled last October when we brought the Honda in for recall service. We had scheduled an appointment and were told that parts were available then. When I asked for my car back and to reschedule the work when parts WERE available, I received a song-and-dance about given it back to me due to its unsafe condition. No loaner was offered until I asked for one and then it reeked of cigarette smoke. I was offered a second car and accepted. Overall, this experience mirrored that of last October. Again, I was intentionally misinformed and given overall poor service. I'm reluctant to return to your dealership for service, let alone purchase a new car. More

DO NOT TRUST - SERVICE DEPT I have been going there for last 4 years, until then i realized that they recommend things that are not required with hefty price. I have encounter se I have been going there for last 4 years, until then i realized that they recommend things that are not required with hefty price. I have encounter several problems specific to SERVICE area 1) I have honda fit , while doing the oil change they also do the courtesy external CAR WASH, why they did they broke my rear wiper, i was told that when i come next time they will order part for me and will be fixed. The guy didn't took note to his system, so next time when i went there they again said the same thing it has to order but asked me to call manager Bill whom he may be able to help..as i was caught up with other work i didn't call for several months. Finally i called and talked to Bill and he was suspicious that i was lying and words were not good when he spoke to me. I made several attempts to fix that that they mistakenly did, but they always tell that they have to order part and they don't have it and call this or that person.. FRUSTRATED AND YET HAVE NOT FIXED IT. 2) There was problem with my Honda fit with some issues about the vibration, the service guy told me that you have to spend some hefty amount and that too he was not sure if that will fix it.. FRUSTRATED.. i any way told him to fix it and yet again the problem was not fixed. This is the experiment they do .. wow if there is problem they will not say staignt away the cost and sure shot fix , but i was surprised by guys answer that they will fix some thing and will see if that will fix or not after spending hefty amount 3) I see there was some damages in my tires, the old service guy suggested me to replace tires asap , as he said that it can flat any time, and to change both rare tires. I was scared and took second option in TIREPLUS they said it was just cosmetic and no need to change tire asap, i have been running with that tire for year now. Overall i just went to do oil change for many years, but when it came down to servicing the car, they are not equipped with good service, and have not stopped taking my car to this dealership as they CHARGE more more and not sure about their service and are not responsible. save you time and money go to other dealership not this one. More

WOW! Timely Efficient and Good Value! I live in Gainesville but bought my car from Honda of the Avenues. I called on a Sunday at Noon and they had me in and out by 2:00.
