A great experience! I went in for service as the wrench was showing up on the mileage area and the oil life was low and another # I had not seen before. Bob Mandele took care of me and thoroughly explained right away the possible causes and said it would not take too long to figure it out. After switching to Honda and using Honda At the Avenues Service Department, I am amazed to learn that it is not the norm for poor repairs to be done! What a refreshing change to own such a dependable vehicle that my Honda is and know that when I take it in to have routine maintenance completed, the job is done in a timely manner, with precision, with no hard up-sell for unnecessary repairs or accessories. My Service Advisor always goes over my recommended maintenance while checking out. The dealership waiting room is very comfortable and clean with a friendly staff. Would purchase again from Honda At the Avenues. More
