Typical good service We go to Honda of the Avenues for our CR-V's service. Our latest visit was for an airbag recall. We have always been pleased with the service and work. The only complaint is that they usually wash the car for us. This time I was told this service was unavailable. Hmm, funny that when I picked up the car, I saw cars being washed. A small thing compared to the good service we usually receive, but my car really needed a bath! Next time, I hope. More

Horrible, untrustworthy, unreliable, disgusting experience I took my 06 Honda Ridgeline in for service to find out we had a blown head gasket. Which i find very unusual considering we don't race, tow, off road I took my 06 Honda Ridgeline in for service to find out we had a blown head gasket. Which i find very unusual considering we don't race, tow, off road or do anything with the truck except drive it to and from work. We only take our cars to the dealership for maintenance. The truck only had 112,000 miles but nothing we can do but fix it. Over a week and $4,000 later they gave me the truck back. Within 24 hours the truck blew white smoke again and had all the same issues. I called very upset that I spent all this money to them to repair and they gave me the truck with all the same issues which had me question what did they do with my money since it wasn't repaired. They took the truck back to "fix" again. They had my truck for almost a month (28 days) only to say there was a crack in the head that and that wasn't their mechanic's fault or their dealerships fault but it was the fault of the other shop they took it to head to check it since they didn't find that issue. First of all, finger pointing is unacceptable considering I took it to HONDA to repair not that other shop and I am paying for Honda's quality. Or so i thought. I understand dealership may not be fully specialize in the head or motor but if the dealership trust and takes their business to another shop then that not my issue and they (Honda) needs to take responsibility. So of course I was upset and wanted to speak with a manger. I was suppose to receive a call from Bill Rogers on a Friday but I didn't. I told the sales rep, Josh that I didn't hear from Bill and he apologize and said he will remind Bill to call either that day (Saturday) or on Monday. Well come Tuesday night I still didn't hear anything from Bill. Upset with my whole experience and treatment I then wrote to the general manager, Ned Sobh of my unpleasant and horrible experience and request to speak with Ned. After receiving my email Bill finally calls me on Wednesday. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. He seemed as if he didn't care. It seemed like they already had my money so they didn't need to provide any additional service or customer service like experience to me. I requested to speak with Ned Sobh. I called and left multiple voicemail's directly to Ned voicemail box and sent an email to him only and have yet heard anything from him. Not so much as an email, call, nothing! Also, when I took my truck back the second time they didn't have a rental car for me so they had to give me a new car but told me to park in the back, far away, or somewhere to hide their license plate since some people will want to steal it. Are you kidding me!? I won't even be there or need their car if they fixed my truck in the first place. Their car and license plate is the last thing that I was worried about. The next day they switched cars and gave me a rental and I couldn't even drive home since the car was on empty! They couldn't even given me a car with some gas? Now I will say the ONLY thing good thing and that i will give credit to is the sales rep, Josh. He called me almost everyday keeping me updated and checking up with me since he understood how upset I was and understood what I was having to deal with. Besides him EVERYTHING is just horrible! I will NEVER go back to this dealership. More

Always a Positive Experience I have been using this Service Center for 8+ years with three different vehicles. I also purchased 1 vehicle and leased a 2nd one recently from Honda I have been using this Service Center for 8+ years with three different vehicles. I have also been to various Service Centers over the years and the experience here has been much more pleasant than most others. More
