Routine Oil Change I cannot remember the service tech who checked me in when I came in for the oil change. I came in for a routine oil change and also asked for the bac I cannot remember the service tech who checked me in when I came in for the oil change. I came in for a routine oil change and also asked for the back up camera to be checked. The camera was loose in the housing. I was told the tech who checked out the camera said there was no problem. The service tech who checked me out looked at the camera and said it was in fact loose. He asked me to come back during the week when a "more experienced tech" could check the camera. More
