Great first experience I recently purchased a Honda CRV, my first car in almost 7 years. I needed an oil change and decide to bring it here. When I first pulled it up, it took time before I was addressed, so much so that I was about to drive off. I'm glad I didn't. Bobby Howard approached me and apologized that someone hadn't addressed me earlier and I ended up having one of the quickest visits ever getting a vehicle serviced. A Pleasant Experience I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After a few minutes wait, my service technician came in to let me know that, upon inspection, he didn't I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After a few minutes wait, my service technician came in to let me know that, upon inspection, he didn't recommend having the tires rotated. After another short wait, the oil change was done and I was on my way in a freshly washed vehicle. I've come to expect honest input and friendly, personal service from Honda of the Avenues and I always get it. I wouldn't consider taking my Honda anywhere else for service. More
