Poor customer service by Mr. Morales, Service Advisor I have almost 20K in mileage and have therefore been in for service 3 times prior (every 5K miles), each time at Lou Sobh's/Honda of the Avenues. I h I have almost 20K in mileage and have therefore been in for service 3 times prior (every 5K miles), each time at Lou Sobh's/Honda of the Avenues. I have the MasterTech maintenance plan, as well as gap coverage. In the 3 times I had gone in for service at Lou Sobh's/Honda of the Avenues, MasterTech paid for my oil & filter change and tire rotation. On 092317 I went in for another oil & filter change and tire rotation appointment. Mr. Morales, a service advisor informed me that I do not have the maintenance plan, but rather the gap coverage. Since I had already been covered by the MasterTech maintenance plan at 5K, 10K and 15K miles, he should have looked into it further instead of insinuating that THEIR finance department DUPED me when I purchased the car almost 2 years ago. I believe he needs more training in customer service and should have researched my case further. As someone working with the public/customers, he is expected to provide good customer service to every individual he is to work with. Possibly to recover from his faux pas, or just out of the goodness of his heart, I was not 'charged', and was informed that my car was ready. I think this gesture needs to be noted. I saw the Doug, the finance manager and was provided proof that I in fact, as had been noted on their service log and on previous visits, is under MasterTech Maintenance plan, not just gap. I provided the printout verification to Mr. Morales, who quickly 'updated and corrected' his computer's 'missing information'. More

I feel very comfortable with the service department at Honda of the Avenues. Gary (Gasper Timpone) & Josh Stodel also provided me with good customer care with previous service visits. More
