Outstanding! I had a recall on my van due to fuel pump. There was a death in my family and I needed to travel but did not want to get on the road with this situation. Erica took my call, listened to my concerns, set me up to bring van in the next morning and made arrangements for a loaner so I could pick family members up at the airport and travel to funeral. Honda and Erica took a lot of stress off of me. I have leased vans for many years and will most definitely continue leasing in the future with Honda. When I arrived at Honda the next morning my information was in the computer -- I checked in/out in minimum time and no stress. Thank you thank you Erica Carmichael. More
