What a relief! The other morning I got in my car and it wouldn't start - my car is only 3 months old! I called the service department at the dealership and spoke wit The other morning I got in my car and it wouldn't start - my car is only 3 months old! I called the service department at the dealership and spoke with Josh. From my description of the messages I was seeing on my dashboard, Josh was able to diagnose the problem - low voltage battery. I explained to Josh that I live alone and can't be without my car, he said they would do everything they could to get it back to me that day and provided me with the number to Honda Roadside Assistance so I could call and arranged for a tow to the dealership. Josh let me know when my car arrived there, kept me informed of the progress along the way and called me again when my car was on its way back to me - the SAME DAY! Now THAT is service! All of this may be business as usual for you, but for me it was a huge relief and a truly exceptional experience. From Josh and the technician in your Service Center, to the Tow company and their driver - I couldn't have asked for better! More

Sometimes, however, I feel like I am pressured to do more for my car and this time it was suggested strongly that I buy four new tires. I need new ones, but didn't appreciate the judgement I felt I got when I said I needed to wait. Felt the price was high for the tires and I was told it was not negotiable and that's the way it was. Due to the coronavirus restrictions on travel, etc., I am not going anywhere very far so plan to shop around for better prices for tires, which I will get once I start to actually go places again. More
