AJ and service took excellent care of our family today I came in with a seven-year-old and a six-month-old. Service is HORRIBLE!! have been taking my new honda for service since day 1, only to be told that I need new tires after only 26K in 2 years. Turns out there was a known problem and HONDA had a free servi service since day 1, only to be told that I need new tires after only 26K in 2 years. Turns out there was a known problem and HONDA had a free service that would have resolved it. NO ONE told me about it and no one performed the free service. NOW, because I am over the miles, I have to spend $800 on tires and another $100 or so for the alignment. This is the most screwed up dealership. I am going back to Toyota! More
