The tech that helped me check in and out was amazing! He was friendly and provided frequent updates. This was discovered at the first light after leaving the lot. I avoid eating in my car. Please don’t snack or eat in my car when it’s being serviced. More

I brought my 2021 Honda Pilot in for Service on December 30th for a loud noise when I brake coming from the left front rotor. They told me to take it to Express service and they would look at it. When I came to pick it up, they said they could not hear the noise even after they pulled the rotor and put it back on. About halfway home the noise continued so i called them from my house to let them know. They asked me to come back at my convenience and they would look at it again. I couldn't get back until Saturday May 14th, so I scheduled an appointment to have them look at the noise issue and to have the oil changed at 10:15 am The Service advisor they assigned me too was Raven. So, on the day of the appointment I called at 9am to let them know i needed to ride with a tech so he could hear the noise before i left the car with them. None answered so I left a message, no call back so i called again at 09:45am and no answer and no call back. When i arrived, I told the man i needed to see Raven, he said she is right over there, and she would be right with you. I walked over to her and waited in front of her while she was on the phone. When she hung up, she said excuse me to get around me without greeting me or saying I will be right with you, so I waited. She came back and did some computer work and then left to go inside the building. She then came back again and did some computer work and then walked back to the building without saying a word to me. (RUDE) after 5 minutes of waiting the gentleman stationed in front of her came over and asked if i was being helped and I said no. I was waiting on Raven, but she will not acknowledge me. He went to the other building to get her, and she finally came out to talk to me. She said what's your name, I told her Aaron Cole, she said I have a John Cole, but I don't see you in here. I told her I just got here 6 minutes ago, and my car is right over there. She said, oh you are just coming in. She grabbed a clipboard and walked over to my car and came back for keys. I said, I would you like you to know the history before you take my car anywhere. I explained what happened and that i need a tech to ride with me to hear the noise. She got a tech supervisor to come and ride with me. He immediately heard the noise and said they will investigate. He also mentioned that Express service lied to you because they can't pull rotors off over there. I expressed my concern about the integrity of this dealership at that point. He assured me that I would be taken care of over here. He introduced his master tech Steven and said he will be handling this personally. I received a call at 1:08 pm from Raven stating that the tech said the rotor was warped and would need have it turned. I said are you sure this will fix the problem and she replied yes. She called me back at 2:53 pm and said it would be $579 with my premier oil change, and I said OKAY as long as that fixes the problem. I picked up the car at 5PM and the noise was gone. Yippie!! The next day, Surprise, the noise is back. I chatted with someone online at the dealership and they said they would have the Service manager get in touch. I received a text from Franco Bellomusto that evening and said he would call me on Monday. No Call Monday morning, so I called the dealership and they transferred me to his voice mail. He then texted me back and stated He was in a meeting and wasn't sure how, but my inquiry reached the sales department so if you need service, please call them. This has been terrible service, and no one seems to know how to fix the issue. I would expect better service and my problem fixed not just lying and charging me for service that did not fix the problem. Please have the Service manager call me at 386-456-7473 so we can get this resolved. I know Lou Sobhs would not allow this to continue if he knew what was happening. More

Unfortunately, my love for the Hondas May have been shaken. After 2 years of fabulous treatment, I have had the WORST experience with mine. My two year old car has had 5 warning lights come on, this is shaken. After 2 years of fabulous treatment, I have had the WORST experience with mine. My two year old car has had 5 warning lights come on, this is not normal wear and tear. But, the cost to diagnosis the problem keeps rising, plus I am now being charged for the rental car. The part I need is on back order, with no ETA from supplier and they want me to prepay for the part. This is a leased vehicle. What in the world? Once I get this mess fixed, I don’t know if I will buy another one. 😦 More
