I’m last visit was horrible. My service advisor completely forgot about me. I just needed to replace my battery. My service advisor Randy never gave me any update. After two hour My service advisor completely forgot about me. I just needed to replace my battery. My service advisor Randy never gave me any update. After two hours of waiting, I finally get a text of service recommendations which included bad battery 🙄. After I approved the recommendation of battery change, I didn’t get my car until 2 and a half hours later. My advice advisor was nowhere to be found and I had to get another advisor to check me out.
