We came in for an oil change and service on our Odyssey and had an hour to kill. So, we were looking around at new cars, not sure we were in the market this year or not to replace my husband's van. Didn't like the new styling on the Odyssey, the CRVs are kinda small, so Frank soon showed us the benefits of the Pilot. Liked the styling, the spaciousness, and especially the ability to pull a boat and trailer. Lots of nice features also. So he won us over. Nice guy. Good price. Another factor - we appreciate the good work and friendliness of the service dept. More

Maybe a recommendation. Son took his CRV to The Avenues and they recommended ball joints and a $96.00 diagnostic for an "Oil leak." No shimmy, no shake, drive is no different so the ball joints were a jok and they recommended ball joints and a $96.00 diagnostic for an "Oil leak." But he can make the determination there is a leak. Declined all service except oil change and no drips encountered on cardboard after one week. Feel like they were soaking me/son. More

came in trying to trade in my used vehicle - I knew my credit was not the best I disclosed that as soon as I got there. I was upside down on my car as well was very CLEAR about my circumstances. A week later after I f/u and had been in the car I called to find out what was going on with the other things they were going to do to the car i.e window tinting and fixing a scratch on the front the sales guy says "we have not gotten your loan approved"..So I asked what that meant and he said the finace guy would be in touch. No trying to explain, no compassion just like I was a # - Then the finace guy calls me and in the same fashion told me that he needed 4k forme to be in a new car and 2k to be in a used car. I have called the GM who called me back once and has since NOT RETURED any other call. these people don't care about anything but the bottom line!! You are simply a number!!!!!!!!! More
