I initially contacted the dealership through TruCar and was told to ask for Gabriel Valenzuela. Gabriel was not there the day that I went in but I was able to talk to him on the phone. My experience at this Honda Service Center was a nightmare. They were only concerned with protecting their own assets and not the safety of their drivers.
